They were able to send a tech the same day, which we really appreciated! We ended up new a new lock for the safe and they had it in their truck. So, we got it replaced that day in about 30 mins!

Randy was quick and honest. Let me know that it would cost more for him to get the locks I want. However if I just buy them myself I would save a ton. I went and bought the deadbolt touchpads I wanted, called Randy and he came down as soon he was he was done with his current job. Was in and out, gone done quick, trained me how to use the locks, re keyed them for me and tested all doors. Fantastic service. Thanks Team!

Prompt, efficient, reasonable

Miguel D and Michael came out to remove a stuck padlock off my RV gate. These guys got the job done in about 10 minutes. Anderson charged a very fair rate for the job. I would not look any further than Anderson. Reliable, professional, efficient!

Miguel arrived and went to work immediately. This was a difficult job because part of the lock had broken off, so the door could not be opened. Miguel was patient and calm as he worked to resolve the problem. Ultimately, he was able to get the door open and fix the broken lock. I appreciate his expertise and ability to tackle a difficult situation professionally and efficiently! Great job, Miguel!!
